Terms & Conditions:
Ø Price includes plastic tree stand with bucket.
Ø Deliveries will commence between 1-15 December 2025.
Ø Free delivery service within Hong Kong Island and Kowloon area. Delivery charge of $300 for New Territories and Discovery Bay. Other outlying islands’ order can deliver to corresponding ferry pier in Central.
Ø Extra charge of HK$100 per floor for stairs.
Ø Additional $500 per fir for final disposal (9:00-18:00 Mon-Sat).
Ø Upon accept the delivery, members are deemed as agreed with the tree’s condition. Any problems/issues must be notified the office within 48 hours after delivery.
Ø Change of delivery information, postpone or rescheduling delivery, must be notified to the office within one working day.
Ø Orders cannot be cancelled or altered after 28 November 2025.
Ø An order number will be provided via email upon receipt each order. If you do not receive it before the order deadline, please contact at Tel: 2592 1509 or email to membersorder@fcchk.org.
Ø FCC has no responsibility on any damages or liabilities made during the process of and after delivery.
Ø The amount of your tree orders will be charged to your FCC membership account in NOVEMBER 2025 while the additional charges will be billed in DECEMBER 2025.
Ø The logistic may be disrupted during festive season, and there may be a potential delay in the Christmas trees arrival; delivery speed and trees availability are still variable.
Ø In case of any uncontrollable event such as “shipment delay” or “terminal loading/unloading”, the delivery will be rearranged accordingly. Your order will remain non-refundable and non-transferable into other credits.
