Waiver and Release Agreement
ALL members must fill out a Waiver and Release Agreement form.

If you plan on having someone under 18 years of age with you, you must fill out a form for the minor.

Access card will not be activated or sent out till the Waiver and Release Agreement is filled out. Access Cards will be mailed out in the next couple days.

Online Membership Dues are $52.00 due to a $2.00 sevice charge for card.
