  • SASTA Congress 2026: Accommodation Booking Form

  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Rates include VAT at 15% and 1% Tourism Levy. Hotel rates are per room, per night and include either a Continental or full English breakfast.

    Full payment is required to secure your reservation, payment due within seven (7) days after receipt of first invoice. Payment may be processed either by electronic bank transfer or by Master, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit card. Full details appear on the booking form. All incidentals are to be settled upon departure from the hotel.

    Accommodation Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be submitted to Turners Conferences in writing. You may cancel your reservation up to 15 June 2026 with a full refund of your deposit paid less an administration fee of ZAR115.00.

    Reservations cancelled after 15 June 2026 will attract the following cancellation penalties:

    • 60 - 31 Days - 50% Cancellation fees apply
    • 30 - 0 Days - 100% Cancellation fees apply

    An amendment fee of ZAR115.00 applies to all changes made to confirmed reservations after 1 August 2026.

    Should you reduce the length of your stay upon arrival at the hotel, the hotel will charge cancellation fees for the nights that you will no longer be using.

    For group reservations terms and conditions, these will be outlined in group contracts.
