This is not a casual or sit-down job.
If you cannot commit to night shifts, weekends, or tend to cancel shifts last minute, this role is not suitable. Need to commit to aleast 6 months.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be the friendly face at the counter
- Help customers get set up at gaming & racing stations
- Handle bookings & basic cashier work
- Promote memberships, events & promos
- Set up games and explain how to play
- Support tournaments & events
- Keep the venue clean, comfy & welcoming
SHIFTS
(Flexible & Student-Friendly)
⏰ 3-hour shifts available daily:
11 AM – 2 PM
2 PM – 5 PM
5 PM – 8 PM
8 PM – 11 PM
11 PM – 2 AM
COMMITMENT RULES
(Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum average 15 hours per week
- Must be able to work at least 1 weekend day
- Shift planning is done 1 month in advance
- Shift priority is based on reliability and performance
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Strictly Malaysian citizens only
- Age: 18 - 29 years old
- Students or young, energetic candidates
- Comfortable talking to customers
- Friendly, confident & presentable
- Able to work weekends, night shifts & public holidays
- Gaming interest = bonus
- Can commit minimum 6 months
- This is a front-of-house role and team balance is important.
LANGUAGES
- English (Required)
- Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin (Bonus)
PAY RATE
- Junior Part-Time: RM10/hour
- Senior Part-Time: RM13/hour
- Public Holiday Rate: x2
Progression is based on attendance reliability, performance, and ability to handle shifts independently.
