Nominations must be submitted by 31st January 2026. Individuals who have previously won an award are ineligible to be nominated for the same category of award again and ineligible for another award category for a period of 5 years. Please complete a separate form for each nominee (ensuring their name is clearly written and spelt correctly) and submit it together with any supporting materials as attachments. Since the initial shortlisting process is down to the quality of the nomination form, please read the guidance for the selected category and complete the form as thoroughly as possible. We are looking to get to know the person; therefore, please ensure you avoid the use of AI tools. Team nominations are not accepted.
