Exodus is a Christian Youth Organisation committed to giving young people opportunities to help them reach their full potential.
This form covers all Exodus activities except TEAMS. This includes - DISCIPLES & MENTORING programmes and occassional activities, gatherings & events.

Parents & Guardians should be aware of the following:

COMMUNICATION
We may contact your child by phone, e-mail, facebook or other platforms to keep them up to date with details for their activities and other opportunities. Some activities may use online platforms such as ZOOM.

SAFEGUARDING
Activities are run in line with our Safeguarding policies to promote and protect well-being.

DURATION
Consent given will cover the whole academic year September - August from the time it is given. It can be amended along the way and should be renewed each year.
