WELCA Registration: How it works!

1. Register up to 6 children on the "Step 1: Registration Form". Please reach out to info@welca.ca if you have any questions.

2. A link to complete"Step 2: Participant Information" will be sent after submitting Step 1. Every participant reqiures their own step 2 form submitted.

3. Step 3 is our waivers! Every participant will need a completed waiver ahead of time. The link to the waivers will be sent to you at the end of Step 2. You can also find the link on our website under our FAQ tab.
Program Information
This unmounted Camp will be offered as long as the teacher strike continues. The camp runs from 9:30am-3:30pm. Drop-off is from 9:30am and Pick-up is at 3:30pm

WELCA will provide a fun, educational day that keeps kids busy with barn work, horse interactions and education, games, and more! No horse experience is needed in order to particpate

Program Requirements

This camp is open to the public, however participants in the camp must:

-Be over the age of 6
-Have the ability to have 2 way communication with staff
-Bring their own lunch
-Dress for the weather
-Have an interest in horses (no previous experience required)

Cancellation Policy
With this being a short-notice camp, we are unable to offer refunds for camp. Registration is for the full week- if there are dates you are unable to attend, please let us know!
