My name is Michele Katz. I put my law degree and sommelier certification together and created Wine for Good® to link my 2 outside-the-day-job passions, my kids and wine. For many parents out there, parenting and wine make a perfect pairing! But here’s my why: Me and my husband have a blended family through adoption. I was so inspired by our adoption experiences that I started The Plus One Adoption Foundation, Inc. to promote education and awareness about adoption AND to provide vetted, credible resources for prospective adoptive parents. It can be scary out there and Plus One is filling a much-needed gap between wanting parents and waiting children. We believe every child should have a forever family.
