EVENT INFORMATION
Event Title: Atelier En Bloom – Blooming for a Cause

Call time will be given in WhatsApp group to confirmed models
All confirmed models will be added to the official WhatsApp group for fittings, rehearsals, and show day instructions.

MODEL ELIGIBILITY
All participating models must:
•Be 18 years or older (no minors).
•Present a valid photo ID at check-in.
•Be available Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 8 AM to 11 PM.
•Be professional, punctual, and respectful to all team members.
REQUIRED ITEMS
All selected models must bring:
• Nude heels
• Black heels
• Beige or gold heels
• Fitted black outfit for rehearsal or backup
• Black or nude undergarments
• Clean towel or wipes for quick changes
• Personal deodorant
MEALS & COMPENSATION
• Confirmed models will receive a $100 stipend, paid after wardrobe checkout on show day.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.
• Water and snacks available throughout the day.
• Models are considered independent contractors, not employees.
WARDROBE, HAIR & MAKEUP
• Wardrobe and makeup will be provided by Hermione Elma Atelier.
• Hair will not be provided. All models must arrive with their hair already done in a clean sleek low bun.
• Models must arrive with a clean face ready for makeup.
• Nails must be clean and well manicured.
• Armpits must be shaved.
CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS
• Respect all staff, stylists, and fellow models.
• Follow the show director’s and stage team’s instructions.
• No alcohol, drugs, or disruptive behavior.
• Professionalism and positive attitude required throughout rehearsals and show day.
• Failure to follow instructions or late arrivals may result in removal from the show.
MEDIA & IMAGE RIGHTS
By submitting and signing, you grant Hermione Elma Atelier and its partners:
• Full rights to photograph, film, and record your participation.
• Permission to use your image, name, and likeness for promotional, marketing, editorial, or press use — online or offline, worldwide, without further compensation.
• Permission to tag or feature your social media handle in event posts.
You will receive professional photos and runway videos after the event for personal portfolio use.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
Models are not employees of Hermione Elma Atelier.
No benefits, wages, or insurance are provided beyond the stated stipend.
Each model is responsible for any taxes on their earnings.
SAFETY & WELLNESS
• The producer will provide a safe, professional environment.
• If you feel unwell or unsafe, notify a staff member immediately.
• Hermione Elma Atelier is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
• Please list any allergies or medical considerations below.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• If the event is postponed or canceled, notice will be given.
• If a model cancels or fails to appear, the stipend will not be paid.
• If the model violates professional conduct standards, they may be replaced without pay.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By signing, you release Hermione Elma Atelier, its team, venue, photographers, and sponsors from liability for injuries or damages resulting from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All behind-the-scenes details (music, fittings, show order, designs) must remain private until after the show.
Models are welcome to share photos and videos once the event has ended and the official show footage is released.
