Please be mindful that Youth Workers are required to register under Convention Package #2 - Double Room (two (2) persons in room) This registration includes:
- Hotel Room: $575.00
- Convention Registration: $150.00
- Clergy Prayer Breakfast: $35.00
- KSC/QOS Registration: $15.00
- Supreme Grand Lodge/Chapter Registration: $20.00

You are responsible for identifying the Youth Worker you will be sharing a room with. Also, the Supreme President/CEO has ruled that only three youth will be allowed in the room with the two Youth Workers who have paid $823.13 each ($795 + transaction fees).

The 76th Supreme Convention Package includes eight (8) days and seven (7) nights in hotel, taxes, Convention Registration, Prayer Breakfast, King Solomon’s Council/Queen of the South Registration, Supreme Grand Lodge/Chapter Registration, and Banquet. Make your reservations early to ensure lodging at the Crowne Plaza Executive Center - Baton Rouge (Convention Hotel Headquarters). You will be able to make monthly payments as long as they are completed by the deadline - May 15, 2026.

TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED!

ALL PERSONS ATTENDING CONVENTION SESSIONS MUST BE REGISTERED AND DISPLAY A CONVENTION BADGE!

NOTE: You must supply your own Youth Worker roommate. If your roommate(s) cancels, you will be charged for the entire amount of the room. Changing of Roommate(s) or Room Category: $70.00, must be done before June 1, 2026.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:

PRIOR TO: April 30, 2026: $200.00 Service Fee.
AFTER May 1, 2026: $300.00 Service Fee.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE,
A CREDIT TOWARDS THE 2027 SUPREME CONVENTION WILL BE OFFERED.

A $200 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT per person
is required to secure your reservation.

Vouchers must be sent to Home Office within 7-10 business days of Online Registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the Registrant.

Souvenir Book Ads - Internal

Just to let you know, the printing of our 76th Anniversary Souvenir Book will start in May 2026. We are asking leaders and members to begin preparing for the submission of their ads as soon as possible. We are looking forward to having as many Supreme, National District, Grand, and Local Departments as possible represented in the book.

Please submit your ad print-ready to supreme76@internationalmasons.org or as an attacheed below. Any questions about set-up should also be addressed to Dr. LaMont "Montee" Evans - Supreme Convention Coordinator.

The only way for our Souvenir Book to be a success is if we have every department and their friends take part. This book will be distributed to all those registered for the 76th Supreme Convention in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
