  • Parish Pictoral Directory

    Work will begin on a new parish pictorial directory in 2026. All registered families’ contact information will be included unless you choose to opt out; this option is available on the Stewardship Renewal form.

    Photos will be provided directly by families; there will not be scheduled photography sessions. You may upload your family photo as part of the Stewardship Renewal or submit it after the first of the year. More details coming soon!

    We will begin work on a new pictorial directory in 2026. All registered families’ contact information will be included unless you choose to opt out. If you do not want your family’s name and address listed, please complete the opt-out form.

    We are accepting pictures now for your convenience. If you select “Later,” you will receive one additional email in early 2026 to submit your picture before production begins.

  • If you are submitting a family photo, please use a clear, high-quality image with good lighting. Photos should include all household members you'd like published and should be appropriate for a printed parish directory (casual or semi-formal group photos work best). For best results, submit a photo with a file size around 1MB or more, ideally with a resolution close to 300 dpi. Please note photos will be cropped to roughly 1.75 inches wide by 2 inches tall.

    The file name must follow this format: FamilyLastName_Household.jpg (for example: Smith_Household.jpg). Only one photo per household, please.
    Accepted file types: JPG, JPEG, PNG, or TIFF.

    By submitting your information and photo, you confirm the following:

    • You are the owner of the submitted photo and information.
    • You grant us permission to publish your information and photo in print and/or online.
    • You confirm that your photo is labeled correctly.
    • You have carefully reviewed all the information provided for accuracy.


    Note: Any photos submitted that include copyright symbols, watermarks, or other marks indicating ownership by someone else will not be printed.
