CVA Shop 2026 Submission Form

Thank you for your consideration in submitting work to the CVA Shop for the 2026 year. We will be in touch by February 16th if our staff believes your work is a match for the CVA Shop. Special consideration will be given to central Wisconsin artists.
CVA Shop Submission
CVA Shop Guidelines:
- Wall-hung 2-D artwork should be able to hang from wire or picture rings. Special consideration will be given to work 14 x 14 inches or smaller.
- Three-dimensional artwork must able to be displayed on basic pedestals or shelving units. Special consideration will be given to work 12 x 12 inches or smaller
- All artwork must not exceed a valued sale price of $500 per item.
- We are currently only accepting applications from artists within the Wisconsin community. Special consideration will be given to central Wisconsin artists.
- All interested artists are expected to have carefully read the SALES AGREEMENT & CONTRACT outlined below. Particular attention is directed to the 70% commission the artist retains on all sales and the annual seller's fee of $25.
- The CVA reserves the right not to display any work which fails to meet CVA staff expectations.
- Artwork must be arranged to be picked up at the beginning of 2026. Please be prepared to arrange a pick up time.
For a more complete outline of CVA Shop expectations, please refer to the Sales Agreement & Contract below. All accepted CVA Shop artists will be subject to the stipulations of this form. In addition, approved artists will need to complete a W9 tax form, submit a seller's fee, and set up a direct deposit to be paid for their sales within the CVA Shop.
