School Broadcast - Postseason Game Request Form

Apply to broadcast a postseason event. These games will be exclusively broadcast on the NFHS Network. Participants must adhere to state association and NFHS Network guidelines. On-air talent must take the Play-by-Play Announcing Course in the NFHS Network Learning Center and provide verification of completion.
If your school already has an NFHS Network camera (Pixellot), you do not need to complete this form - Please schedule your game in Console
