  • Application Evaluation and Reporting

    Applications will be reviewed based on alignment with the CORE Grant Program purpose of supporting for-profit businesses through capital improvements that promote growth, modernization, and long-term economic vitality in the Capitol Area. Priority will be given to projects that demonstrate clear economic benefit, including impacts on employment, property values, and business sales. Grantees will be required to report baseline and post-award data on employment, property value, and sales tax indicators to support program evaluation and accountability. (See Program Guidelines at the end of the application for an application scoring matrix.)
