  • POPCORN MACHINE RENTAL FORM

  • AUArts SA's Popcorn machine is a great way to attract people to your event, and comes stocked with everything you need:

    • Popcorn Packs (contains kernels and oil)
    • Popcorn Bags
    • Napkins
    • Cleaning Supplies (vinegar spray + paper towel)

    Terms + Conditions:

    1. The popcorn machine is available for use by AUArts Student Groups and AUArts staff.

    2. All bookings must be received a minimum of 7 business days before the date of the    event.

    • All bookings are confirmed on a first-come first-served basis.

    3. There is a non-refundable 25$ booking fee for use of the popcorn machine.              Bookings that extend longer than a day are subject to an additional 15$/day fee.

    • Student Groups are required to pay applicable chargers before date of rental.
    • Payment can be made with cash, credit, or debit.
    • AUArts staff may pay upfront or can provide an account # for invoicing.


    4. After use the machine must be returned to the SA in clean condition.

    • A 25$ cleaning surcharge will be applied if a machine is returned unclean.
    • Borrowers will be charged the full replacement cost for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.
    • Failure to provide payment may result in a ban from use of the popcorn machine
