How our Classes Operate:
Melbourne Gymnastics Centre Pty Ltd (MGC) operates payment on a direct debit system (Stripe payments Australia), taking payment every two weeks in advance. Families can opt to pay for 24 weeks in advance via credit card, cash or bank transfer should they not wish to sign up for direct debit. MGC centres are closed during 4 weeks of the summer holidays and for Victorian Government Recognised public holidays. Your pay cycle will only be altered for these public holidays.

Our classes run all year-round, including school holidays (excluding the 4 weeks noted above). Bookings are ongoing untill we receive a cancellation email with 2 weeks’ written notice.

Annual membership fee for 2026 will be charged on Friday 2nd January 2026 from the account we have saved on file. New families please complete Direct Debit form (attached to this form below and on the automatic response). If we do not receive your direct debit form, your spot will not be secured.

Annual Membership/Insurance is valid from signup date to 31st Dec yearly:

Student Membership Fee - Kinder gym (45mins class) T1 $80, T2 $65, T3 $50, T4 $40
Student Membership Fee - Recreational (1hr + class) T1 $100, T2 $85, T3 $70, T4 $60

MGC classes will commence on Monday 12th January, please see below an option to start at a later date.

Class Fee’s:

Kindergym 45min class (1-3yo and 3-5yo), $24 per class, $48 fortnightly debit
1 hour Pre recreational class (4yo Upper Kinder), $28 per class, $56 fortnightly debit
1 hour recreational class (Prep and Grade 1), $28 per class, $56 fortnightly debit
1.5 hour recreational class (Grade 2, 3 and 4), $34 per class, $68 fortnightly debit
2 hour recreational class (Grade 5 and 6), $40 per class, $80 fortnightly debit
2 hour Gym4me recreational (Grade 7+), $40 per class, $80 fortnightly debit

MGC will process your Annual Student Membership on Friday 2nd Jan 2026No Suspensions are available, families can schedule Make-up classes within the calendar year (we do not limit the number of make up sessions)Classes will run year-round, including school holidays. Kindergym 3-5yo, PARENT ASSISTED (OPTIONAL) class, 12.45pm to 1.30pm (Friday) & 4.15pm-5.00pm (Thursday)

Kindergym 4-5yo, 1 Hour class, 11.30am to 12.30pm

4yo Upper Kinder, 1 Hour class, after school and on Saturdays

Prep and Grade 1, 1 Hour class, after school and on Saturdays

Grades 2, 3 & 4, 1.5 Hour class, after school and on Saturdays

Grades 5 & 6, 2 Hour class, after school and on Saturdays

Grades 7+, 2 Hour class "Gym4me" at State Gymnastics Centre

MGC LEOTARD ORDER

At MGC we have our own custom made club leotard which is optional for all athletes to purchase. As our leotards are all custom made by the Australian company "Sylvia P" there is a 8 week production time. Should you wish to order your child a leotard for next year please do so below and this will be charged to your account when we recive the order.
