Condition and Cleaning: I acknowledge I am liable for the cleanliness and condition of staging items and any necessary cleaning or damage beyond normal wear and tear. I agree staging property will remain on-site unless moved by the Staging Company with prior written consent. I also agree to have the property professionally cleaned before staging, and understand staging may be postponed or canceled if the home is not suitable.Photography and Usage: I agree to provide professional property photographs and authorize the Staging Company to photograph staged areas for marketing purposes. I understand the Staging Company owns all rights to these photos and may use them without further notification or remuneration. My name will not be referenced.Installation and Liability: I acknowledge that staging may require hooks/nails in walls, leaving small holes. Touch-up work is my responsibility. I assume all responsibility for personal property and any markings/holes incurred during installation, display, and removal.Access and Valuables: I will provide access to the property for staging services. I agree to secure valuables before staging. I understand my belongings may be moved or stored at my expense and that the Staging Company may use nails for accessories. I also agree that the Staging Company is not responsible for delays caused by my unfulfilled obligations.
