  • RECITAL 2026 ORDER FORM

    We are so excited to begin planning for our annual Recital in June 2026. This special event is the highlight of the year, giving dancers the opportunity to showcase their growth, confidence, and joy on stage. Please complete this form to confirm whether your dancer will participate or opt out of the Recital. While participation is optional, it is highly encouraged as an important part of every dancer’s learning experience. This is truly a memorable event that creates lasting memories for our dancers and families alike.

    Important: Students may perform in multiple perofrmances on multiple days. Our Running Orders for each performance will be released closer to the event date.

  • All Recital Order Forms are due by Friday, November 21st, 2025. Recital and Costume Fees will be processed after this date. Please note that once costumes are ordered, there are NO refunds.

  • Recital Agreements & Participation

  • Recital Commitment:

    • I will read all Recital information sent by the studio.
    • I agree to meet all deadlines and pay the $95 Recital Fee per child.

    Attendance & Participation:

    • My child will attend all required rehearsals and performances during the week of June 8–11.
    • If my child misses classes due to illness or vacation, I understand makeup or private lessons may be required.

    Audience & Theater Policies:

    • I will follow theater etiquette and respect all performers and audience members.
    • I understand performances are professionally recorded and that no personal video or flash photography is allowed.

    General Acknowledgment:

    • I agree to follow the policies and guidelines set by The Dance Academy Del Mar and the venue.

  • Recital 2026 Costume Fees & Measurements

  • Please review the costume fees and measurement information below. All Recital and Costume Fees will be processed after Friday, November 21st, and are non-refundable once costumes are ordered.

     

    Recital Fee: 

    $95 -Recital Participation Fee for every student performing
    (This fee includes administration planning & processing fees, theater time and rehearsals, t-shirts, programs, production expenses)

    Costume Fees: 

    $90 - For students performing in combo classes: 3-4yrs, 3-5yrs, & 4-5yrs

    $95 - For students performing in combo classes: 5-7yrs, 6-8yrs, 7-9yrs. 
         - For students performing in classes: 8-10yrs, 9-12yrs, 10-13yrs.
         - For students performing in RAD classes: Pre-Primary, Primary, Grades 1,2,3,& 4.

    $105 - For students performing in Teen or Teen Intermediate classes
            - For students performing in RAD Grade 5/ BA technique 3 classes
            - For students performing in Int/Adv classes

    Please note: Some Teen and Int/Adv costumes are more elaborate and may include multiple pieces. In these cases, an additional $15–$20 may apply per costume.

    Each dancer will receive a Recital T-Shirt to wear for the Finale and Final Bow. Please list your dancer’s regular T-shirt size below.
  • Measurements

    We try to measure every child during class but often children are missing so please provide all measurements below in INCHES. A video demonstration is included below for reference as a measurement guide.
