We formally apply for affiliation with Volleyball Queensland and agree to pay the prescribed affiliation fee of $495.00. We note that a reduced fee of $385.00 applies when the completed application, supporting documentation, and full payment are submitted by Friday, 27 February 2026.
As part of our affiliation, we commit to providing Volleyball Queensland annually with a copy of our organisation's current Constitution, By-Laws, and most recent Annual Report (including financials). We will also maintain up-to-date details of our office bearers and contact information—including mail, email, website, and social media—to facilitate effective communication and enable mutual promotion between our organisation and Volleyball Queensland.
We understand that affiliation requires all participants—whether juniors or adults—who are playing in any competition or officiating, to be individually registered with Volleyball Queensland. This includes providing their name, contact details, and personal information, along with payment at the rate determined by the Volleyball Queensland Board of Management. We agree to provide player names and contact information upon request to confirm their registration status.
Through this affiliation, we acknowledge that we are bound by the Constitution, By-Laws, Rules, and Standing Orders of Volleyball Queensland, and we will respect and enforce all decisions made by Volleyball Queensland or its Board of Management in accordance with the Volleyball Queensland Constitution, as amended from time to time.
We also understand that failure to renew our affiliation for 2026 by 31 March 2026 will be treated as resignation from membership with Volleyball Queensland, which may limit or remove our rights under the Volleyball Queensland Constitution and benefits such as group public liability insurance coverage.
