Children's Details

I, the parent/guardian of the child(ren) listed above, understand that while every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety and health of my child(ren), IBLP, its staff and volunteers acting on its behalf are hereby released from any and all liability in the event of any accident, damage or loss that may occur to the child(ren) and his/her property.

In the case of an emergency, I hereby give permission to the First Aid Staff/Ambulance Paramedics to ensure proper treatment for my child(ren). I understand that every effort will be made to contact me before instituting such procedures. I agree to pay all such doctor,ambulance and hospital fees incurred on behalf of

Accommodation

We have limited facilites for camping on our Haig Rd property.  If you have stayed with other ATI families in the past we suggest that you contact them and see if it will be an option to stay with them again this time.

For asistance in any options other than camping please feel free to call the office on (03) 9735 2633, and we will try help you find alternatives.

Meals

There are no lunches offered. You will either need to bring your own, or there are plenty of take-away places a short distance from the church. There is also no dinners offered on either Monday or Tuesday nights as the program will finish at around 5:30pm on those days.

Please select required meals for the Wednesday dinner below. Wednesday Dinner will be held at Kilsyth South Baptist Church and will be created by the great cook Pastor Michael, so we know that there will be delicious food for us all!

Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own meal if you would prefer. There will be facilities available to store and warm food.

Note: Families bringing 6 or more of their children,  please contact the office for special large family meal rates info@iblp.org.au

Adult meals for those 11+ years old. 

Children meals for those aged 3-10.  Children under three free.
