  • Submission
    *Submit the completed request form to begin the process.

    *A proof will be provided within 48–72 hours.

    *An Approval Proof & Quote (including proof, pricing, and approval delivery if applicable) will be sent for your review.

    *Production will begin only after we receive your approved Authorization/Order Form.

    *If changes or revisions are required, please submit a Revision Request Form so we can assist you promptly.

    *Requests and approvals submitted after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

    *A Project Number will be assigned to each request.

    *Please include this number in all project-related communications.

    *This helps us efficiently manage multiple requests and avoid delays or miscommunication.

  • Proof Request Guidelines

    *Please limit requests to two (2) layout options so we can provide proofs as quickly as possible.

    *Share as much detail as you can for each layout (size, shape, quantity, and what’s different between them).

    *House colors Our designers will choose the colors that best match your artwork. If you need specific colors that aren’t available, you may provide PMS code(s). Custom PMS colors may incur an additional fee, and exact color matching is not guaranteed.

    *Be sure to provide VECTOR FILES ONLY (EPS, AI). File types NOT accepted: jpeg, png, gif. When zoomed in, vector files do not get pixelated, thus we can ensure that your final product will turn out just the way you want it! See example below:

    *Artwork fees are a one-time payment included with the initial order. If revisions are required for a different shape or if you wish to increase the size, a refit fee will apply.

    * All of custom projects have a permanent artwork and they will be stored in our database. Previous projects ordered with temporary artwork will be converted to permanent artwork.

    *Copyrights and trademarks are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. AUI will not be liable for any infringement.

  • Production Timeline & Approval Requirements

    *Standard Production is 15–20 business days after receipt of an approval  .

    *Delivery dates provided after approval are not guaranteed.

    *For event-related projects, please include the event date with your request.

    *Missed Need-By Approval Date may delay delivery and may result in rush fees.

    *Rush Production: 7 business days

    *All rush requests must be confirmed with production prior to acceptance.
    Rush fees apply.

  • Shipping & Delivery 

    *Carrier: FedEx

    *Delivery Requirement: An adult signature is required upon delivery. Packages will not be released without a signature.

    *Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries typically occur before 12:00 PM.

    *Shipping Schedule: Orders ship 1–2 business days prior to the requested need-by date.

    *Residential deliveries may occur later in the day. We are not responsible for product damage due to delayed residential delivery.
