Life Membership is the highest honour that can be bestowed by Netball South Australia. It recognises individuals for longstanding and valued service to netball in South Australia.

Nominations must be submitted via the form below by a current member of Netball South Australia. Nominations must be submitted no later than
31 December each year.

Nominations should include a detailed outline of the nominee’s service, achievements, and impact with reference to the criteria outlined in clause 3 of Netball SA Policy NSA-POL-49-1.
