1. Service Handling: Laundry Lounge & Co. takes great care in cleaning and handling your items. However, we are not responsible for items left in pockets, normal wear and tear, shrinkage, color bleeding, or damage caused by manufacturer defects.

2. Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare case of loss or damage, reimbursement will not exceed the current value of the item and may be offered as service credit only.

3. Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround is 24 hours unless otherwise selected. Same-day service is available for early pickups (before 10:00 AM) and may include an additional fee.

4. Pickup & Delivery: Laundry must be ready at the scheduled time. Missed pickups may result in a rescheduling fee.

5. Payment Policy: Payment is due at or before pickup unless otherwise arranged.

6. Special Instructions: Customers are responsible for noting specific wash preferences, delicate items, or allergies in the notes section.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee: If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
