Please attach / provide a statement below which outlines the nominees’ history of service to Gymnastics WA over an extended period.
- Provide evidence of the nominees’ outstanding contribution to the Association; or
- Provide evidence of a positive contribution at a State level for not fewer than 13 years on a Committee.
