  • ✓ This fully completed application form must be submitted no later than 4pm November 6th 2026.
    ✓ Late applications will not be considered.
    ✓ Should your application be successful, the initial sum of €500 will be lodged to the designated school account.
    ✓ No additional public funding (other than NAPD Creative Engagement funding) can be sought for use against this project.
    ✓ You undertake to post details of your NAPD Creative Engagement Project on your school website and social media platforms.
    ✓ You undertake to inform the Board of Management and Parents Association of your NAPD Creative Engagement Project.
    ✓ The fully completed Evaluation Form (which will issue to the cooperating teacher by email before the Easter break) must be returned no later than the non-negotiable deadline of 4pm May 14th 2027.
    ✓ Late evaluations will not be accepted after the closing date and the balance of funding will be lost.
    ✓ Failure to return the evaluation documentation on time may result in NAPD requesting the return of the initial payment.
    ✓ It is incumbent on the school contact person to ensure that the project is well managed and completed in good time to satisfy the strict deadline. Should issues arise (e.g. change of personnel, leave of absence etc), it is expected that a 'plan B' be on standby. Funding is allocated to schools on good faith and the expectation is that the school fulfils the basic contract.

  • 10. Completion and Evaluation

  • Approved funded projects must be completed and the required documents (see below) submitted no later than Friday, May 15th 2026. Please note this is a strict deadline and the balance of funding will not be available after this date.
    On completion of your project, you are required to submit the following:

    1. NAPD Creative Engagement Evaluation Form – fully completed and signed.
    2. Provide photographic evidence of student engagement with the project at each stage of the process. Short video clips are also acceptable.
    3. Creative Youth Evaluation Form

    1. and 2. should be emailed directly to the Arts Officer: davidmcevoy@napd.ie
    3. is completed online and links directly to Creative Youth

    Links to the aforementioned will be provided to your school contact person by direct email.

    The remaining agreed balance will be paid only on receipt of 1. - 3. above.

    It is incumbent on the school contact person to ensure that the project is well managed and completed in good time ahead of the official deadline. Should issues arise, it is expected that a ‘plan B’ be on standby. Funding is allocated to schools in good faith and the expectation is there to fulfil the basic contract.
