BBSW Fam Trip Registration Form December 2025

We are delighted you are interested in attending the Pre-BBSW Fam Trip at New Hall School. Please read the below for more information and fill in this registration form by Friday 30 January 2026 to confirm your attendance.

Key information:

New Hall School is a boarding (7-19) and day (1-19) diamond model school located in Chelmsford, Essex. The School is just 35 minutes direct from London by train, with Beaulieu Park Station at our entrance, which offers direct connections to major airports, and world-class museums, galleries and theatres within easy reach of our boarding community.
Guests have the option of being collected on Wednesday morning from either Beaulieu Park Station (35-minutes direct from London Liverpool Street) or The Radisson Blu Hotel at Heathrow on Wednesday 11 March, and returned to The Radisson Blu Hotel on Thursday 12 March in time for the BBSW. Times will be confirmed in due course.

Programme:

During their visit, other than meeting students, guests will meet with the Principal, key members of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Boarding & Admissions, and the Boarding and Chaplaincy Teams.
Wednesday's tour of the School will be student-led and include our two Junior Boarding Houses (Years 3-11) and two Sixth Form Boarding Houses (Years 12-13), our Performing Arts Centre, our Farm & Outdoor Centre for the Natural Sciences and much more.
We will be hosting a drinks reception and dinner at the School on Wednesday 11 March 2026.
Thursday morning's programme will include an opportunity to try one of our state-of-the-art Racewood Equestrian Simulators in our newly opened Learn-to-Ride Centre. Those interested will be required to wear trousers on the day.
Accommodation is available at a nearby 4-star hotel. This will be booked by the Admissions team on your behalf. Meals will be provided.
