  • My name is Paul Lavery, and I have been supporting young people in a wide range of roles for 27 years. I first founded Paul Lavery Support (PLS), an agency that provides high-quality mentors and bespoke support packages for children and young people across Hertfordshire - from primary school pupils through to college students. As part of our continued growth, we have successfully launched Positive Expressions, a life and social skills-based alternative provision designed to help young people build confidence, resilience, and positive choices in a supportive and relaxed environment. Although our recruitment info is hosted by PLS, both PLS and Positive Expressions work hand-in-hand to provide exceptional, person-centred support for young people in our communities.
