I, the undersigned applicant, hereby certify and confirm the following in connection with my Expression of Interest (EOI) package submitted for consideration as a Director of the Football New Brunswick (FNB) Board:
1. Accuracy of Information: All statements, facts, and information provided in my Letter of Interest, Professional Resume/CV, Proof of Affiliation, and any other supporting documentation are true, complete, and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. Compliance with Eligibility: I meet all mandatory eligibility requirements as outlined in the FNB By-Laws and the Call for Expression of Interest, including the minimum age requirement (19+), affiliation status, and non-employee/non-President status with a member organization.
3. Conflict of Interest: I have disclosed or will promptly disclose any situation that could potentially be viewed as an actual or perceived conflict of interest concerning FNB, its members, or its operations.
