⚖️ Permits & Insurance
Permits & Compliance:
All vendors are responsible for following the Arkansas Department of Health’s Homemade Food Production Guidelines. Food vendors must label properly and obtain any required permits for prepared or perishable foods. Non-food vendors do not need permits.
Insurance:
Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry general liability insurance. If you do not currently have coverage, you may still participate by agreeing to the Hold Harmless Agreement below.
⚠️ Hold Harmless Agreement
The Vendor agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Royal Roundup, Patty’s Down the Road, any partnering or affiliated property owners, event hosts, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and all additional property used or made available for the event, from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to participation in the Royal Roundup Fall Bash Makers Market.
This includes, without limitation, injury, theft, property damage, product liability, or other loss occurring before, during, or after the event, regardless of cause. Vendors assume all risks associated with their booth and merchandise. The Royal Roundup reserves the right to remove any vendor for unsafe practices or non-compliance without refund.
