BY TYPING MY NAME BELOW, I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Require all participants to sign a liability waiver in order to participate in the event. You may use your own liability waiver, so
long as SDRPF is covered. Partner should provide the waiver to SDRPF for review. If needed, your event may use SDRPF waiver. Contact Jake J. Romero to coordinate (619-297-7380, jake@sandiegoriver.org).
2. Provide our event participants with information and guidelines to ensure that the River Days event begins, runs, and ends smoothly and safely for all.
3. Our River Days event will be open to the public and have no charge.
4. Explain the spirit and scope of San Diego River Days and acknowledge The San Diego River Park Foundation as well as other partners and sponsors.
5. Relay important information and event updates to San Diego River Days event staff.
6. Act as a liaison between the San Diego River Park Foundation and my organization’s event.
7. Notify SDRPF staff if it is necessary to cancel my event or activity no later than May 5th.
8. Share event participant headcounts and photos by Friday, May 23.
