By submitting this registration, you agree to the following rules:

·         You are responsible for cleaning your space and leaving the facilities as you found them.   Unless you specifically request otherwise, you will be expected to remain at our event until we close for the day. If a problem arises, please find a volunteer and let us know.

·         Event participants shall conduct themselves at all times in an acceptable manner. If participant fails to conduct themselves in an acceptable manner, as deemed appropriate by Event Staff or Whistleville Christian Church Leadership, the participant will be asked to leave for the remainder of the event.

·         Sandbags work best to hold down tents or canopies. You are required to provide your own sandbags and tents or canopies if desired.

·         All vehicles are asked to arrive between 8:45 am and 9:30 am. Emergency responder vehicles may arrive by 9:45 am and will be positioned for easy exit should an emergency arise. Teardown will begin immediately after close of event. Vehicles may begin leaving at 3:00 pm.

·         We ask that a representative from your organization stay for the entire event, if possible.

·         You will receive a meal ticket and we will provide lunch for up to two representatives free of charge. Please let us know if there are circumstances that require additional staff members to be present. Other concessions will be available.
