2026 FAIR SHARE ASKING FOR MISSION PARTNERSHIP GIVING FORM

We are requesting your church’s anticipated or actual 2026 pledge. After prayerful consideration and Grateful for God's own gift in Jesus Christ, and committed to our congregation's ministry and mission outreach through Presbytery, Synod, and General Assembly.

The 2026 Per Capita Assessments are included at the bottom of this form, for reference.

If there is no designated items listed, the acceptance is considered non-designated.

NOTE: Mission Partnership Giving items which are NOT included in the Acceptance:

1. PER CAPITA ASSESSMENT. Total per capita for 2026 is $14.56 per member ($11.26 General Assembly, $2.00 Synod and $1.30 Providence Presbytery) Presbytery $1.30 is designated as 33% Missions, 33% Bethelwoods, and 34% Operating Budget
2. Various "over and above" offerings, such as: Mother's Day Offering, Pentecost, Peacemaking, Easter Offering, "Dimes for Hunger," and the Joy Gift (Christmas offering), as well as missionary support
3. Gifts to various Capital Funds Campaigns (colleges, seminaries, homes, etc.)
4. The "one-percent" for Theological Education Fund

Theological Education Fund for 2026:

This fund will support the seminaries of our denomination. Each congregation is asked to contribute 1% of its local mission program expense as reported for the year 2026. This pledge is over-and-above your Benevolence Acceptance.

This is a faith commitment of our church, and we understand we can change our ACCEPTANCE listed above to a higher or lower amount because of changing circumstances.
