GDPR and Data Protection Notice
By registering for this lecture at Statens konstråd, organized by The Center for Art and the Political Imaginary (CAPIm) in collaboration with Statens konstråd, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation EU 2016/679).
Purpose of data collection:
Your data (name, email address) will be used solely for the purposes of managing registration, communication, and participation in this specific event.
Legal basis:
The processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting CAPIm at contact@capim.se, in which case your data will be deleted.
Data storage and access:
Your information will be stored securely and accessible only to authorized staff of CAPIm and Statens konstråd involved in the organization of the event. Your data will not be shared with third parties or used for purposes other than those stated above.
Retention period:
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the event and related reporting, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Your rights:
You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, as well as to restrict or object to processing, in accordance with Articles 15–21 of the GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
