Please note: Any funds awarded for scholarships will be paid to the accredited school the recipient is enrolled in. Funds must be used within 12 months of the award of the scholarship. If the recipient is not able to use the scholarship funds within the 12 month time-frame due to health issues, family hardships, death in the family, etc., the recipient should contact the Girl Scouts Kansas Heartland Office to discuss her situation and request an extension. Any funds not used by the recipient will remain in the Remsberg scholarship fund.
