Team Time with the Membership Manager is a way for you to have direct access to the Workman Arts team via the Membership Manager, Jenna Reid. This is a centralized place for you to book a meeting, in person, to discuss any pressing issues or concerns, or simply to hangout and chat about arts and culture in relation to our community.
This appointment form is specifically for in-person meetings. Please note that the office is located at 1025 Queen Street West on the second floor of a CAMH building. At the office you will have the ability to meet in private (if needed) in Jenna's office; get comfortable on the couch; have some snacks; and a cup of tea (or coffee).
If meeting at CAMH is difficult or triggering for you at the bottom of the form you may request meeting at a nearby location (either Out of this World Cafe - which closest at 3pm - or our offsite location at 32 Lisgar).
Your appointment will be confirmed via your chosen method of communication. Please note that an appointment is not set until the confirmation is sent.
