We are so glad you are interested in participating in the 2025 Christmas Craft Fair. This is our first year at ECBest and we are so excited to be here! This is one of our main fundraisers, and whenever we can, we like to give back to the community, so we have some exciting opportunites for you (at least WE think they are exciting!) We would really like to get the kids involved as well as provide an opportunity for teachers to fundraise. Below are several ideas.
Things we are offering for the kids
· Ornament decorating: We will provide each student with a blank wooden ornament for them to decorate. After the kids have decorated the ornaments, they will be hung on flat Christmas trees displayed throughout the craft fair. After the event we will take the ornaments off and return them to the teachers so the kids can take them home. Unfortunately, because these will be displayed in public, we cannot control theft, but we hope that each child will get their ornament back.
· Coloring Showcase: We will supply a coloring sheet for each student. Once colored, these will be on display at the craft fair.
· For both the ornaments and the coloring pages, we will need to know the number of students in each classroom. If we can get class rosters with student names, ages and teacher’s names beforehand, we can preprint them on everything to make things easier for teachers.
Teachers and School Participation:
· We would like to encourage all teachers to join us at this event to fundraise. One suggestion is for each classroom to come up with a themed basket that can be sold as a silent auction item. We have saved limited space inside for this, if any of the teachers are interested. You would just need to bring your own tables and chairs. If multiple classrooms would like to participate, they would just need to work in shifts watching the table. We need to know in advance how many classrooms will be participating though so that we can make sure to have enough table space.
· We would love to have students decorate the doors going in and out of the rooms we will be using, including the restrooms and inside the main entrances. Since this craft fair is before Thanksgiving, we would welcome Thanksgiving or Christmas decorations!
· If you want a full booth space, we have plenty of outdoor spaces available. You just need to let us know you are interested so we can save you a space. You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, pop-ups, and maybe a buddy heater.

Tuesday, Oct 28 – We will deliver coloring pages and ornaments to the school office for each classroom
Wednesday, Nov 12 – Ornaments and coloring pages are due at the office by the end of the day, for us to pick up.
