The Applicant acknowledges and understands that the ability of SDF to grant funds for the WAVE Prize is conditional on SDF receiving a grant of funds to support the WAVE Prize Program from its Funder. In the event the Funder revises its intended WAVE Prize commitment or decides to direct its funding elsewhere, SDF may, in its own discretion, decide to limit the Prizes awarded or cancel the WAVE Prize Initiative Program at any time between the date of Application and the date of signing a project agreement with the successful WAVE Prize applicants.
