“7 Lives” includes but is not limited to 7 Lives Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, representatives, contractors, subcontractors, service providers, volunteers, successors, assigns, landlords, and any other person or entity associated with the operation of 7 Lives.

“Activities” include all services, treatments, amenities, and use of facilities offered by or associated with 7 Lives, including but not limited to cold plunge therapy, infrared sauna, red-light therapy, halo therapy (salt therapy), and any related or ancillary activity.

“Premises” refers to all buildings, rooms, equipment, fixtures, or outdoor areas owned, leased, or controlled by 7 Lives.

I acknowledge and accept that participation in Activities involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including but not limited to: drowning, burns, heatstroke, cardiac arrest, fainting, respiratory distress, dehydration, electrical shock, allergic reaction, infection, illness, or death. I understand these risks cannot be eliminated without compromising the essential nature of the services provided and that 7 Lives makes no guarantee of safety or result.

I certify that I am in good physical and mental condition, have no medical condition or limitation that may make participation unsafe, and have consulted a physician or voluntarily chosen not to at my own risk. I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair judgment or reaction. I accept full responsibility for monitoring my health and for any adverse effects that may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and forever discharge 7 Lives from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, losses, expenses, or causes of action̶whether known or unknown̶arising from or related to my participation in any Activity or presence on the Premises. This applies even if harm was caused by the negligence or fault of 7 Lives or anyone acting on its behalf.

I freely and voluntarily assume all risks, hazards, and dangers related to my participation in any Activity or my presence on the Premises, including risks arising from the acts, omissions, or negligence of others. I am solely responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage I may cause to myself, to others, or to property.

I agree that any damage I cause̶whether intentional, negligent, or accidental̶to 7 Lives property, fixtures, or equipment shall be my full financial responsibility. I agree to reimburse or pay on demand for all repair, replacement, or cleaning costs, including any lost business or service interruption expenses.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7 Lives from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, or expenses (including legal and court costs) brought by any third party̶ including my heirs, family, estate, executors, or assigns̶arising out of my participation or actions. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

I acknowledge that 7 Lives makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty regarding safety, effectiveness, or medical benefits of any service provided. I understand that no medical supervision is provided and that staff are not medical professionals.

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought only before the courts of Ontario, and I waive any right to trial by jury.

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. It is expressly agreed that this waiver shall be interpreted to provide the maximum legal protection to 7 Lives.
