Booking Information:
Our ice cream mobile cart is a full-service package where we’ll bring everything we need to serve Banter Ice Cream at your next event (including staff).

Capacity: 100 - 200 guests

Rental Locations:
Fraser Valley (Langley to Hope). Exceptions determined upon request.

Setup:
We will need 1 hour prior to service

Each Booking Includes:
- Mobile Cart rental
- One staff member for 2 hours of scooping
- Pick-up and delivery
- Your Ice Cream Order
- 6 foot cord to basic power
Cart Specifications:
- Length: 3.5 ft. / Width: 2.5 ft. / Height: 3.5 ft.
- Extension: 6 foot cord to basic power
- Stair-free building entrance required

Rental Agreement:

This rental is for the use of our mobile cart/freezer which includes delivery and pick-up with the Fraser Valley (Langley to Hope). A pick-up fee will be charged on rentals outside of the Fraser Valley (Langley to Hope), with approval.

Your rental includes:
- Your ice cream order
- Mobile Cart/freezer for 2 hours
- One staff member for 2 hours of scooping
Deposit:
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold your date.

Remaining Balance:
Any remaining balance will be due one week prior to your event. A $60 overtime fee will be charged for each hour outside of operating hours (10am to 10pm).

Payment Method:
You will receive an email invoice with a link to pay online with any major credit card company.

Cancellations:
If notice of cancellation of our services is received in writing up to and including 14 days before the scheduled event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to you. Any notice within less than 14 days will forfeit the deposit.
