  • Event Details:  

    Name:  Winter Solstice

    Date:  December 14, 2025

    Time:  11:00 am - 6:00 pm

    Vendor spaces are available for $75 for a 6’ x 6’ area for a full setup. Additional space may be purchased for an added fee.

    A discounted rate of $50 will be offered to vendors who contribute a gift basket or gift card (minimum $20 value) for the Holistic Healers Community raffle. Gift baskets or cards must be submitted at the time of payment to qualify for the discount.

    Available rooms may also be rented at an 80/20% earnings split (vendor retains 80%).

    Payment is due by December 1, 2025 to secure your vendor space.

    Please note: No refunds will be issued for cancellations, and spaces are non-transferable.

    All proceeds from space rentals and raffle contributions go directly toward supporting and growing the Holistic Healers Community Collective (HHCC).

  • Vendor Set Up Information:

    • Arrive up to 1 hour early to setup
    • Bring a 6’ Table or smaller
    • Chairs for yourself and client
    • Table cloth
    • Extension Cord (if electrical is required)
