      Location: KDC Kitchen

      Breakfast prep starts at 7:00 AM at the KDC Kitchen and ends around 9:30-10 AM

    • Thank you for your time and service! Parents repeatedly tell our coordinators that they are so grateful for this opportunity to eat a good meal with their children, so it is truly volunteers like you who help make their Thanksgiving possible!

      We will be purchasing 30 turkeys and 20 hams this year!

      Approximate Heating Durations:
      Turkey - approx. 3-3.5 hours
      Ham - approx. 1.5 hours

      Turkey/Ham Pickup Details

      • Date: Tuesday, November 25
      • Time: 6-7 PM
      • Location: SRCC Vision Plaza (1111 N. Brookhurst St.) - Look for the Food Bank truck

      Turkey/Ham Dropoff Details

      • Date: Wednesday, November 26
      • Time: 3 PM (no later than 4 PM)
      • Location: SRCC Main Campus Kitchen/Fellowship Hall (1111 N. Brookhurst St.)
        • Right side gate will be opened starting 1pm to allow access to back parking lot

    • Banquet Kitchen Volunteer 

    • Every year, there's a lot that goes into preparing the banquet meal. Volunteers are crucial to ensure that all the moving pieces come together for the night's Thanksgiving feast.

      We need 10 volunteers for each shift!

      There are two time slots available. Please select ALL the time slots you are willing and able to help out.

    • Praise the Lord! It's volunteers like you that really make this a special occasion for all the families involved. You'll have the opportunity to live out the Gospel while hearing amazing stories - we pray you receive double portions of God's blessings as you spend this time with His precious children!

      We are going to ask Table Talkers to please try to arrive by 5 PM, no later than 6 PM. More specific time/location details will be sent via email.

You'll witness the Gospel at work on this night as hundreds gather to experience undeserved grace and unconditional love, and it will all be possible because of you!

      Please note that volunteering to serve food also includes other responsibilities (before/after the banquet).

      We are going to ask Servers to please arrive by 5 PM, no later than 6 PM.
