Discover Polk invites you to participate in our upcoming Polk Street Holiday Sip & Stroll on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, from 4 PM to 8 PM. This festive event is designed to promote and celebrate our local restaurants, bars, retailers, and service businesses along the Polk Street corridor in San Francisco from California Street to Broadway.

✅ Participation for your Winery or Brewery is FREE!
There is no fee for wineries or breweries to take part. We anticipate a lively turnout of approximately 300–400 attendees over the course of the event. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your brands to a festive, local crowd just in time for the holidays.
🍷Event Details:
* Date & Time: Thursday, Dec. 11th, 2025, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, arrive at 3 pm
* Location: Retail shops and service businesses along Polk Street in San Francisco between California Street and Broadway
* Format: You’ll be pouring your Wine/Beer inside a participating local business
* Entertainment: Live, holiday-themed entertainment throughout the event site
* Product Request: Please bring enough product to serve tastings throughout the 4-hour event, and we ask that you send a representative to pour. If you are unable to send a representative, we offer an option for your brands to be poured by our professional beverage staff.
* Note: This is a tasting event. Full pours are not permitted, and no alcohol may be consumed on the street. Also, you cannot sell at the event. You are welcome to take orders for future delivery to the customers.

* The special temporary one-day event ABC permit
* Brand Logo and link on the website, and inclusion on the map & event program

* Table set up in the store for you to serve
* Swill bucket, water for rinsing glass, Ice, and paper towels

🌟How It Works for Attendees:
Tasting tickets are $35 per event and $45 day of. We welcome wine and beer lovers to enjoy a festive evening of tastings, shopping, entertainment, and exploring all that Polk Street has to offer. Attendees check in at our ticket table on the sidewalk in the center of the event, where they’ll receive:
* A tasting glass
* A wristband (to confirm ID check)
* A printed event program with the map of participating locations
* Attendees will stroll Polk Street, stopping into participating businesses to sample wine, beer, or specialty cocktails.

* Tasting Glass Sponsorship: Get your logo printed on 400+ tasting glasses
deadline is November 7th, 2025. We can put your logo (single color) on 400 tasting glasses, and you will receive 10 tasting tickets, logo inclusion on the website as a sponsor, on the posters/postcards, and in the program. ($1,000)
* Ticket Table Sponsorship: Display a banner at the ticket table (high visibility).

* We encourage you to offer a special promotional discount for the day of the event. This is a great way to engage the attendees. Additionally, consider extending an offer that’s valid if customers purchase your brand within a certain time frame after the event.
* Host an optional raffle during the event:
Ask guests to drop a business card or sign up for a drawing. Select a winner at the end of the night—no need to be present to win. You provide raffle prizes.
