Each piece is uniquely crafted to your specifications, and we take great care to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. Please carefully review your order details, including design, colors, sizing, and text, before finalizing your purchase. *We are not responsible for mispelled names after Mock up is approved.

If you have any concerns about your order upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll do our best to address any issues related to craftsmanship or errors on our part.

Mock-Up Delivery After Full Payment Policy

To begin the design process for your custom hand-painted banner, this completed form and full payment is required. Once payment is received, we will create and send a detailed digital mock-up of your design for your review within 3 business days. This mock-up allows you to approve or request minor adjustments (up to 2 rounds of revisions) before we proceed with painting.

The price of your custom hand-painted banner may vary based on the level of design complexity, including factors such as the number of characters, intricate details, borders, or additional custom elements, as detailed in your personalized quote. We reserve the right to decline service if the project doesn’t feel like a good fit.

We do not paint copyrighted, trademarked, or licensed characters, figures, or designs. Gallery/portfolio examples of character-style work are for showcasing our painting techniques and quality only—not for custom replication.
