Which of the following booth sizes do you want? Our MegaMall booths have a pre-determined frontage of 10', but are only for non-food vendors. This is just your booth dimensions, NOT any private camping space. A 10x10 pop-up DOES fit inside this scaffolding framework.

For Non-Food Vendors in the MegaMall, can you have your personal camping tent space set back from your booth, or is it attached? If attached, how much extra depth do you need? If you can be flexible with your camping space, we have better ways to place you in the MegaMall. We have a LIMITED NUMBER of spaces with camping directly behind/attached to the booth, so if you can have it otherwise, that would be great.

MegaMall (i.e. NON-FOOD) Vendors can have a 10amp POWER HOOK UP provided directly to their space. Do you want this (no generators allowed in MegaMall), and if so please check what type of power usage you think you'll need. Upon approval, you will receive further information about power hookups

How many people are helping with your booth/space?
Please be aware that any helpers will need to purchase an event admission ticket.
Our early work access/setup for vendors will be Monday and Tuesday, 4/27-4/28/2026. Please list the number of Early Access passes (EA) do you anticipate you will need?
EAs allow the person to enter the event before Wednesday, April 29th in order to set up their booth/space. These are only good until 10 pm on Tuesday April 28th. If your person isn't in before then, they will have to wait in the general admission line until the gates open at 7 am on the 29th. These passes are extremely limited, and are ONLY for those actively setting up the booth/space.
Every faction and vendor must have a designated person to be their "Trashbot" who is responsible for ensuring their space is clean when they leave. What is the name and email of your trashbot?
This is a pack-in, pack-out event! There are no provided trashcans. Each food vendor MUST have a self-provided trash can next to their booth, and let customers know it is available for the food they just purchased.
