Public Hours: Friday, Feb 13, 12:00-6:00 PM And Saturday Feb 14, 11:00-5 PM.

Set Up: Friday February 13 9 am Break down : February 14 by 7 PM if break down after 7 pm additional will be charge.

Booth & Pricing Standard Booth (10' X 10') - $750 for the full 2-day expo (Feb 13-14, 2026) Includes: 1 table (6'), 2 chairs

Insurance, Permits & Compliance Liability insurance is recommended; certificate may be required by venue All food vendors must comply with applicable health codes and obtain any required permits Vendors are responsible for collecting/remitting all applicable taxes No open flame without written approval; food prep must follow venue rules You agree to keep your space clean and remove all trash at close Payment & Cancellation Policy Space is confirmed upon invoice payment (due within 7 days of approval) 75% refund if canceled 30+ days before event; 0% refund within 29 days of event Event will proceed rain or shine. Organizer reserves the right to adjust layout/hours for safety
