In addition the application can be put directly in our locked mailbox at the address listed above. If the applicant did not upload their documentation online when the application is turned in, a staff member will reach out to the applicant to make an appointment to bring in proof of residency and proof of income. Also for a quicker application process you may email the proof of residency and proof of income to: tff@theusff.net or fax it to 731-318-5540. When all paperwork have been reviewed and studied a staff member will call or email the applicant for either an approval, denial or for more information that is needed.
