    Thank you for your interest in participating in the Oktoberfest event of the Champaign County Historical Society.

    The event will happen rain or shine on Sunday, October 4, 2026, 10 am-3 pm.

    Food vendors should have current food permits visilble and/or on request, as pertains to Ohio State Law.

    Payment can be made using any major credit card or debit card. Bank transactions are also accepted. Transactions are processed via Square and are encrypted on both ends for your protection. Payment acceptance may be delayed for up to seven (7) days for administrative processing.

    Be sure that your browser (particularly Google or Chrome) is up to date. An email is required for online registration. An email will be sent to you on transaction approval from noreply@jotform.com. Please add noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folders. Call the Museum (937-653-6721) during operating hours (Tue-Fri 10 am-4 pm, Sat 10 am-2 pm) to address questions on reservation status.

    Set up will begin at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 3, and will end at dusk. Please check the front door of the museum for your assigned spaces. Please vacate the area at dusk. Set up on event day will be from 7:00 am to 9:30 am.

    PARKING RESTRICTIONS: Parking on CCHS property is restricted. Please have your booth set up and ALL cars removed from the DRIVEWAY and VENDOR SPACE no later than 9:30 am. Only emergency vehicles will be permitted on the driveway after 9:30 am. Parking is NOT PERMITTED in the vendor areas. Please follow parking attendant and management instructions in parking. Blocking driveway and access areas will not be permitted. Trailers must comply with parking instructions given by Oktoberfest parking attendants and management. Parking may be affected by food truck area. Vendor in and out parking will not be permitted on the property, but is available in the parking lot at Melvin Miller Park.

    FOOD TRUCK AREA: All food trucks will be arranged on a first-come first-placed basis. Please arrive by 8:30am, and drive through the main driveway and follow instructions by the CCHS management/parking attendants.

    ELECTRIC SERVICE CONDITIONS: If you select optional electric service, you must agree to provide two (2) working 100-foot outdoor electrical cords. Cords with shorts or taping may be rejected by CCHS and/or Oktoberfest management for safety reasons. Failure of vendor to provide working cords will result in the forfiet of electric service fees.

    CCHS REFUND POLICY: Refunds must be requested via email, and will be calculated as the [price of purchase] less [processing fees]. Credit card reimbursements will only be made directly to the credit card used for the original transaction. All refund requests subject to management approval.
