Party Agreement (Terms & Conditions)

Supervision
Parents/guardians must remain on site and are responsible for supervising children at all times.

Food & Allergies
If providing your own food, it must be nut-free.
If The Super City is providing catering, please confirm allergies/dietary needs at time of booking. The Super City cannot accept liability for reactions where information was not provided.

Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the party. Charges will be based on confirmed numbers.

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
The balance must be paid on the day of the party.

Cancellations
If you cancel less than 5 days before the event, the full balance remains payable.

Behaviour & Damage
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children behave appropriately. Any damage to property or equipment caused by party guests may be chargeable.

Timing
Parties run for the agreed time slot only. Set-up and tidy-up are included in the slot unless otherwise agreed.
