Participant Agreement
A Soul Boost Meditation® Program by Darci Jean Brown
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in a Soul Boost Meditation® program, course, masterclass, session, or related offering (“Program”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program, course, or masterclass.
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of the Program
Soul Boost Meditation® programs, courses, masterclasses, sessions, and related offerings are designed to support mindfulness, personal reflection, self-awareness, and personal growth.
These offerings are educational and personal-development experiences and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or other licensed professional services.
By participating, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and that you remain responsible for your own well-being, decisions, choices, and actions.
3. Intuitive Messaging Disclaimer
Any intuitive messaging, guidance, or energy reading offered by Darci Jean Brown through courses, sessions, or communication is provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
It should not be interpreted as medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
You understand that you are solely responsible for your own choices, interpretations, and actions that may arise from these experiences.
4. Access & Duration
Access and duration vary depending on the offering purchased.
Self-Paced Programs: Self-paced courses may be started at any time and completed at your own rhythm. Access to course materials and recordings is provided for the access period stated at the time of purchase.
Live Group Programs: Live courses and group programs include scheduled live sessions and may include private replays and other resources for registered participants. Any available replays and program materials will remain accessible for the access period stated at the time of purchase or registration.
5. Refund Policy
Because of the digital and immediate-access nature of these offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Please ensure that you are ready to commit before purchasing or enrolling.
6. Conduct & Community Standards
Soul Boost Meditation is committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all participants.
Any form of disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior toward Darci Jean Brown, other participants, or the community spaces (including private groups, live sessions, or communications) will not be tolerated.
Soul Boost Meditation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove or revoke access to any participant who violates these standards, without refund or further obligation.
7. Confidentiality
Participants agree to respect the privacy of all individuals involved.
Personal stories or experiences shared within live sessions, community spaces, or private groups are considered confidential and may not be disclosed outside of the program.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, audio meditations, worksheets, and written content are the intellectual property of Soul Boost Meditation and Darci Jean Brown.
They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, recorded, or distributed without prior written consent.
9. Technology & Access Disclaimer
Soul Boost Meditation is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or software errors that may affect participation in live sessions or access to materials.
Participants are encouraged to test their Zoom and internet connection prior to each session.
10. Media Consent
Certain Soul Boost Meditation® live programs, courses, or guided portions of group sessions may be recorded to provide private replay access to registered participants.
Personal sharing and group discussions will not be included in participant replays unless otherwise disclosed and separately agreed upon.
Any recordings provided for replay access will be shared privately with registered participants and will not be used publicly for marketing or promotional purposes without your separate permission.
11. Payment & Access Policy
Access to applicable Soul Boost Meditation® programs, course materials, live sessions, recordings, and other included resources begins upon successful payment or enrollment and remains available for the access period stated at the time of purchase or registration.
Program features, schedules, materials, and access periods may vary depending on the offering purchased.
All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your well-being during and after participation.
Soul Boost Meditation and Darci Jean Brown are not liable for any damages, injuries, or outcomes resulting from participation in this program.
13. Agreement
By completing your purchase or registration, you acknowledge that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have read and understood this Participant Agreement
- Accept that all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law
- Understand that intuitive messaging is for entertainment and personal reflection only
- Agree to uphold the community standards and confidentiality
- Take full responsibility for your participation and experience
