PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING AND SUBMITTING:* This field is required.By submitting this form and signing below, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Submission Does Not Guarantee an Order — Completion of this form serves solely as an inquiry and does not guarantee an order. Your order will only be considered confirmed once Nummy Nums Organic Pet Treats (“Nummy Nums”) sends written confirmation via email acknowledging acceptance of your inquiry. Limited Availability — Nummy Nums is a small, single-person operation. While every effort will be made to accommodate all requests, not all inquiries or orders for 2026 can be accepted. Availability is extremely limited, and requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis according to production capacity and scheduling. Deposit Requirement — Once your order is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total order cost will be invoiced via email. This deposit must be paid within three (3) calendar days of invoice issuance to secure your booking. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe will result in cancellation of your pre-order, and the slot may be offered to another customer. Pickup and Rescheduling Policy — Once a pickup date and time have been confirmed, you are entitled to one (1) complimentary reschedule, provided the change is coordinated with Nummy Nums within two (2) days of the original pickup date. If your order is not picked up after this one free reschedule, a $10 inconvenience and storage fee will apply and must be paid prior to receiving your order. If your order is not picked up within three (3) days of the agreed-upon date, the order will be canceled, all payments and deposits forfeited, and you will no longer be eligible to place future orders with Nummy Nums. Scheduling Flexibility — Nummy Nums will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred pickup dates and times. However, as a single-person business with limited scheduling capacity, some flexibility and mutual compromise may be required when finalizing order timing. Product Care & Storage — All cakes and treats are handcrafted using natural, preservative-free ingredients. Products must be refrigerated immediately upon pickup and are best consumed within three (3) to five (5) days. Nummy Nums is not responsible for spoilage, damage, or quality issues resulting from delayed pickup, improper storage, or mishandling after the order has left our care. Refunds & Cancellations — All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Orders canceled by the customer after confirmation are not eligible for refund or credit. In the rare event that Nummy Nums must cancel an accepted order, any payments or deposits made will be refunded in full.
